GH4145 alloy is mainly nickel-based superalloy with γ ("Ni3 (Al, Ti, Nb)"), which has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance at 980 ℃, and has high strength below 800 ℃, 540 ℃ below the better resistance to relaxation performance, but also has good forming performance and welding performance.The alloy is mainly used in the manufacture of aero-engine at 800 ℃ below the work and require the high strength of the relaxation resistance of the plane spring and coil spring. Can also be used to manufacture turbine blades and other parts. Available varieties are sheet, strip, bar, forgings, rings, wire and pipe.

Application

2. The thrust chamber on the rocket engine;
3. Thrust reverse device on the aircraft;
4. Large high-pressure vessel;
5. Elastic air sealing sheet, elastic sealing die sheet, rubber mechanical electric heating blade.
