Galvannealed steel(alloy hot-dip galvanized steel) is a new type of coated steel material. It is formed by heating and diffusion treatment in an alloy furnace after the hot-dip galvanized strip is drawn from the zinc pot and before the zinc layer is solidified. After alloying the hot-dip galvanized sheet, the outer pure zinc layer has been completely transformed into an iron-zinc alloy layer with an iron content of 7-13%, and its surface has lost its inherent zinc.
